Then turn it on and let the milk, cream, half and half, or whatever I’m using dribble in through the feed tube. Once that is good and pasty, I chuck the ground beef in there and give it a few pulses until it is good and combined.

Did I mention that I’m lazy?

My husband has enough love of the game for both of us. We’d both enjoy your meatballs though. First time I’ve seen a recipe for baked ones and the bread and egg method is totally new to me as well. They look wonderful.
