I need to be more consistent with the kids' time in the kitchen. My younger one (2.5 yo) is always up for helping and is willing to eat anything, but my older one...not so much. How young did you start your daughter? I like the "make your own sandwich" idea....will have to give that a try.

Love that your daughter loves to spend time in the kitchen with you and that you both enjoy the time spent there together.

She's seems to be a natural in this environment and I wouldn't be at all surprised if she starts up her own food blog...in fact I'm hoping she does at some point.

(P.S. I'd still read every post of yours too :)
