My younger one (2.5 yo) is always up for helping and is willing to eat anything, but my older one…not so much. How young did you start your daughter? I like the “make your own sandwich” idea….will have to give that a try.

She’s seems to be a natural in this environment and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if she starts up her own food blog…in fact I’m hoping she does at some point.
